The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is getting a high-definition remaster with revamped controls on Nintendo Switch later this summer.
Announced during the February 2021 Nintendo Direct, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD - which was released almost 10 years ago on Wii - is coming to Nintendo Switch on 16 July worldwide. The remaster features enhanced motion controls with the Joy-Con controllers, as well as a new button-only control method.
Launching alongside the game is a pair of special themed Joy-Con controllers; the right Joy-Con's theme is based on the Master Sword, while the left Joy-Con features the design of the Hylian Shield. As with the game itself, these will launch on 16 July.
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is available for pre-purchase on Nintendo eShop now.
